Durnan the Wanderer: NPC, canon character, Human male.

Storied fighter and explorer (retired). Current owner of the famed Yawning Portal tavern in Waterdeep.

Yaghra Stonefist: NPC, Half-Orc female, Zhent enforcer.

Renestrae: NPC, Moon Elf female, Heron of Aerdrie Faenya at the Temple of the Seldarine in Waterdeep.

Aubray Plaviir: NPC, Moon Elf female, Bowstring of Sehanine Moonbow.

Elodie’s roommate and absolute best of friends at the Temple of the Seldarine in Waterdeep. Born and raised in Evereska, arrived in the Deep two years ago.

Eliana Cooper: PC, Human female, gifted archer and follower of Mielikki.

Elie hails from Quaervarr in the Silver Marches. Born into a family of skilled coopers, she has been called by her goddess to follow a different path. She has (reluctantly) left the northern forests to travel to Waterdeep at Mielikki’s behest. She worked her way here, serving as a caravan guard.

George Cooper: NPC, Human male and Eliana’s cousin who traveled with her as a caravan manager.

Vaikner Bootsman: PC, Drow male, mage, scholar, and follower of Elistraee.

Vaikner is newly arrived in Waterdeep, having escaped his home and family in Menzoberranzan to start a new life above ground.

Volothamp Geddarm: NPC, canon character, Human male.

Renowned traveler, raconteur, author, and chronically money-starved scoundrel.
