Prologue: Characters

Prologue:

Elodie Skyshard: PC, Air Genasi female, Raptor of Aerdrie Faenya, Sky Warden of the Aerie of the Snow Eagles.

Raised in Pelvuria, in the Aerie of the Snow Eagles, last haven of the Avariel. Born to an Avariel mother and a Djinn father, Elodie has traveled to the Sword Coast on a mission to find the Tears of the Seldarine, thus saving her home from the encroaching cold.

Shamal Sehra: NPC, Djinn male. 

Elodie’s father. He came to the Great Glacier to observe the snow and wind storms of the north. He met and fell in love with an Avariel in Pelvuria. He now spends some time in the Aerie but is also frequently traveling through this plane and others.

Loriot Skyshard: NPC, Avariel female.

Elodie mother. A priest in the Temple of Aerdrie Faenya, she is involved in research on the Great Glacier’s weather patterns and is responsible for the Halls of Learning (the temple library).

Altiir Tempestborn: NPC, Avariel male, Raptor of Aerdrie Faenya, Sky Warden of the Aerie of the Snow Eagles.

Childhood friend and rival of Elodie. Like Elodie, he has left his home in search of the Tears of the Seldarine but his task has taken him south-east to Thay.

Eolia, the Great Heron: NPC, Avariel female, Senior Priest of the Temple of Aerdrie Faenya and Elder of the Aerie of the Snow Eagles.
