Tomare Salibuck: NPC, Halfling male. Cousin to Madrak Salibuck, Renaer Neverember’s solicitor, deeply dubious about Volothamp Geddarm: in all a sensible, well-judging Halfling about town.

Magistrate Silmerhelve: NPC, blue-skinned Tiefling female. Clerk at the Hall of Records in Waterdeep and sufficiently jaded to find our Trio’s hand-wringing angst about becoming property owners to be yawn-inducing.

Orlando Lacer: NPC (although I am sure he would make a very gifted DM ;), Half-Elven male. Owner of Lacer’s Mercery, the fashion destination for Waterdeep. According to Floon anyway, and he should know…

Savant Sandrew: NPC, Gnome male. Acolyte of Oghma and librarian at the Font of Knowledge, Oghma’s temple in Waterdeep. Happily possesses enough common sense and humor to recognize that Eliana does not pose a true threat to his beloved books: an awkwardly quiet battle in the library does not ensue.

Fodder: NPC, Nimblewright of Lantan. Mirt’s silent and efficient man-servant (robot-servant?).

Mirt the Moneylender: NPC, canon character (does not get any more canon than this!), Human male. No introduction needed really, but, in Elodie’s slightly star-struck assessment thus far, he appears impressively large, rather imperious and grumpy, gaudily attired, extremely fond of food and drink, and blessedly not-fond of opera. She is withholding further judgement for the present…
